5-Year Workmanship Warranty
Model City Roofing warrants all materials and workmanship furnished and installed by Model City Roofing against defects of workmanship for a period of (5) Years from the date of completion.

Model City Roofing warrants all materials and workmanship furnished and installed by Model
City Roofing against defects of workmanship for a period of (10) Years from the date of completion.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Model City Roofing warrants all materials and workmanship furnished and installed by Model City Roofing against defects of workmanship for the lifetime of the roof.

When will you receive the warranty paperwork?
Once the job is completed and paid in full, we will email you the warranty paperwork.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
This warranty covers issues caused by defective workmanship or materials installed by Model City Roofing. If a qualifying issue arises during the warranty period, we’ll repair it at no cost to you
Is the warranty transferrable?
Yes. The workmanship warranty is transferable to a new homeowner within the warranty period, provided the roof was paid in full and no exclusions or voiding conditions apply. We recommend notifying Model City Roofing if the home changes ownership so we can update our records and assist the new homeowner if needed.
What is NOT covered under the warranty?
Damage caused by storms or acts of God (hail, high winds, tornadoes, lightning, etc.), work or repairs performed by other contractors, issues related to improper construction, warped decking, or structural movement, mold, mildew, or interior damages, accidents or damage outside of our control.
What should I do if I think there’s a problem with my roof?
Is this the same as the manufacturer’s warranty?
If you notice an issue, contact Model City Roofing immediately. We’ll inspect the concern and determine whether it’s covered under the workmanship warranty.
No. This is a workmanship warranty provided by Model City Roofing. Roofing materials may also carry a separate manufacturer warranty, which is issued directly by the manufacturer.
